Australia has been the most preferred country for world class education and exploring opportunities for Bangladeshi students, CEO of Monash College Jo Mithen has said. He briefed students, teachers and professionals from various fields about “Australian Education Opportunity for Bangladeshi Students” when he visited Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) recently.
Students are now very eager to obtain Australian degrees, thanks to quality education, sophisticated technology, diverse culture and adequate work opportunities, the participants were told during the conversations.
“Auatralia not only provides outstanding student experience but also provides scope to become a member of a worldwide family that is committed to quality education and developing the next generation of global professionals,” said Jo Mithen, also Executive Director of Monash College. In Bangladesh, UCB, an STS Group entity, is providing such education. High officials from Monash College, STS representatives, and various student recruitment agency heads, joined a seminar organised at the UCB campus during Jo Mithen’s visit.
Interim Pro Vice-Chancellor and President of Monash University Malaysia Professor Matthew Nicholson, UCB Vice-Chancellor Prof. Hew Gill, Chairman of STS Group Mr. Bob Kundanmal, STS Group CEO Manas Singh and Director of UCB Zarif Munir were also present at the seminar.
